Many require duties and VAT among other taxes to be paid, refunded, deferred or suspended.

Since the introduction of the new customs system 'CDS' late in 2022 we have been inundated with questions from customers old, new and even other clearing agents asking how things should be done, codes needed to clear the cargo correctly to avoid costly delays.
